1. Who we are

2. What this website is for

The website presents information about our CNC post processor development, G-code simulation and optimization products, and lets you request a demo, a trial licence or technical support. It is informational: nothing on it constitutes a binding offer, and product specifications may change as the software develops.

3. Intellectual property

All content on this website — text, images, videos, diagrams, software screenshots, logos and the MANUS name — belongs to us or to our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and print pages for your own evaluation purposes.

• You may not copy, republish or redistribute the content commercially without our written permission.
• You may not use our name or logos in a way that suggests endorsement or partnership that does not exist.
• Machine names, CAM system names and third-party trademarks appear for identification and compatibility purposes only, and belong to their respective owners.

4. Forms, files and demo requests

• You are responsible for having the right to share any file you upload with a product request, including NC programs and CAD/CAM data belonging to your employer or customers.
• Do not upload personal data you are not entitled to share, or content that is unlawful or infringing.
• We use uploaded files only to perform the work you asked for. See the Privacy Policy for storage and deletion.
• Demo, trial and quotation requests do not create a contract until we confirm in writing.

5. Software, demos and trial licences

Downloadable demo versions and trial licences are provided for evaluation only, may be time-limited or feature-limited, and are subject to the licence agreement that accompanies them. Simulation and optimization results always require verification on your own machine before production use: they are engineering aids, not a substitute for your own safety checks.

6. Limitation of liability

The website is provided on an "as is" basis. We take care that the information published here is accurate, but we do not warrant that it is complete, current or error-free, nor that the site will be uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website or from reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

7. External links

Some pages link to external sites and services, including our own product portals and third-party CAM vendors. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

8. Changes

We may update these terms as our products and legal requirements change. The version published on this page, with the date shown above, is the one that applies.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by Turkish law, and the courts of Ankara are competent for disputes arising from them, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules that may apply where you live.
