Privacy Policy
This policy describes what information manusnc.com collects, why, who it is shared with and how long it is kept. If you are in Turkey, the KVKK Privacy Notice on this site is the binding legal notice; this policy explains the same practices in plain language.

Information you give us
This website has no user accounts. Everything we know about you comes from a form you filled in:
- Contact form — name, work email, company, phone, subject and message.
- Product request form — the same contact details plus the CNC machine, control unit and CAM system you select, and any file you attach.
- Newsletter — your email address only.
- Demo and trial requests — contact details and the product you are interested in.
Information we collect automatically
- The IP address and browser user-agent of a form submission, used to rate-limit and block abuse. We do not build browsing profiles.
- Standard web server logs (requested URL, status code, timestamp), kept for operations and security.
- Aggregate visit statistics (page address, referring page, browser, operating system, screen size, browser language, country), measured by analytics software that runs on our own server. It uses no cookies, sets no cross-site identifier and sends nothing to a third party. This runs regardless of your cookie choice.
- If — and only if — you accept measurement cookies, Google Analytics 4 and Yandex Metrica also measure your visit. They set cookies on your device, receive the pages you view together with device, browser and approximate location data, and process it outside Turkey (Google: United States; Yandex: Russian Federation). Yandex Metrica additionally records mouse movement, scrolling and clicks on the page.
- No advertising cookies are set on the public website, and we run no advertising or social-media tracking pixels.
Cookies
Strictly necessary: the only cookie we set on our own is a signed session cookie in the administration panel, which a logged-in editor needs and which is not used for tracking. Browsing the public site requires no cookie at all.
Our own visit statistics are deliberately cookieless: they run on our own server, set no identifier and identify no individual, so they need no consent and run for every visitor.
Measurement cookies (optional): Google Analytics 4 and Yandex Metrica are loaded only after you accept them in the cookie notice. Until you decide, not a single request is sent to Google or Yandex, and nothing is stored on your device. Yandex Metrica records how you interact with the page (mouse movement, scrolling, clicks). You can change your decision at any time from the “Cookie preferences” link in the footer; withdrawing consent reloads the page so the already-loaded measurement stops.
Embedded videos are loaded only when you click play. Until you do, no request whatsoever is sent to YouTube: the preview image is served from our own server. Once you start a video it is loaded from youtube-nocookie.com, and from that point YouTube may set its own cookies under its own policy — which is why the notice appears on the preview before you click.

How we protect information
- The site is served over HTTPS only, with HSTS and a strict Content Security Policy.
- The administration panel requires authentication, and write operations are protected against cross-site request forgery.
- Uploaded files are stored outside the public web root and are served only through controlled endpoints.
- Databases are backed up daily and access to the server is restricted.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link in any newsletter email.
- Ask us to correct or delete the information you sent us by writing to info@manusnc.com.
- Decline to fill in a form — nothing on this site requires personal data to browse.
Children
This is a business-to-business website for CNC manufacturing professionals. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
Changes
When this policy changes we update the date at the top of the page. Material changes affecting how we use data already collected will be communicated to the contacts concerned.
