Gülsan Group boasts an extensive fleet of approximately 20 CNC machines, including seven 5-axis machines, four 3-axis machines, dual-spindle lathes, and dual-head 5-axis machines. This expanding portfolio enables them to produce complex components and meet the stringent requirements of the aerospace and defense industries.

 

 

Manufacturing intricate parts often requires G-code programs extending to tens or even hundreds of thousands of lines. To manage this complexity, Gülsan sought a reliable CNC post-processing solution that ensures accuracy and efficiency. They adopted MANUSpost as the post-processor for all their CNC machines.
