Enhancing Production With CNC Simulation At Aril Aviation

 

 

Aril Aviation has entrusted its CNC machines to MANUS Software for 11 years. During this period, they have been benefiting from MANUS Software's CNC post processor and CNC simulation software solutions. Aril Aviation, a significant name in the aviation sector, uses these solutions to ensure the safe and smooth operation of their CNC machines.

 

 

NC program manager Adem Gençer mentioned that they could observe the entire process digitally with MANUSsim before starting any operation, allowing them to anticipate and take precautions against potential problems. He also noted that they could easily report any issues they encountered to MANUS through the MANUS Support portal and receive prompt responses.

 

 

Aril Aviation's assistant production manager, Cem Ejder, emphasized how easily and effectively they could learn and use MANUS solutions. He stated that they hadn't experienced any problems with the post processor and were confident that by simulating all parts with MANUSsim, they wouldn't encounter any issues. Additionally, he mentioned that when they faced any problems and needed to quickly transfer a part to another machine, they could quickly check it in advance with MANUSsim, allowing them to continue the production process swiftly and safely.
