With the products we produce, it is a great source of pride for us to bring innovations to CNC owners all over the world. It has been 15 years since our establishment as MANUS, and during this time, many companies have entrusted their CNCs to us. One of these companies that are very important to us is Ersan Aviation. Ersan Aviation, which has been working with us for a long time, benefits from all our software solutions, including post-processors, CNC simulation, and NC code optimization.
Post-processors and CNC simulations have become indispensable building blocks in the metalworking industry. Our goal as MANUS Software has been to develop these important technologies and develop ones that are never seen before.
Mr. Ahmet, the Technical Manager of Ersan Aviation, mentioned that thanks to MANUSpost, they ensure that the programs sent to CNC machines work smoothly, and with MANUSsim, they can easily detect collisions beforehand and take necessary precautions. He also stated that they have observed accelerations between 15% and 20% in tests conducted using MANUSsim optimize and closely follow the optimization solutions we are developing.
Ms. Feride, who works as a Production Engineer, expressed that they can easily communicate their problems using the MANUS Support portal and receive quick responses.
Mr. Osman, who serves as the Production Manager at Ersan Aviation, talked about the importance of minimizing production time to maximize profits and how satisfied they are with MANUSsim optimize.
